Return & Refund Policy

At Ousterfield Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms and conditions.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unworn, unwashed, or defective items.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Return Shipping:

  • If you have made a wrong order, the return shipping costs will be covered by you.
  • If the item is defective or an error occurred on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Shipping Information:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-8 business days.
  • The total delivery time is generally between 4-11 business days.
  • Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+11). Any orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
